The Associate Patient Care Coordinator/Registration Specialist is responsible for greeting, providing excellent service, and valuing patients, providers, staff and others as the highest reputed company. It is the responsibility of the Registration Specialist to competently assist patients prior to and during their appointment by obtaining and updating the patient’s personal and insurance information into our systems. By serving patients in a professional, cheerful and helpful manner this position acts as a liaison between the patient, provider and other staff members to ensure that patients receive the care they need. Location: 2830 Crescent Ave. Eugene, OR 97408 Schedule: Monday-Friday, reputed company-5pm. Flexibility may be required depending on business need. Primary Responsibilities: • Greet customers face to face in a reputed company, courteous and helpful manner and ensure customer needs are met. Answer questions and reputed company accurate and helpful assistance to patients and other guests • Interview and register patients and verify/update patient demographics/insurance coverage in computer • Collect payments from patients and issue receipts. Reconcile cash received daily • Help patients. Arrange transportation for customers as needed (taxi, bus schedules, other commuter services). Schedule transfer services if required for a visit. Schedule translator as needed • Assist keeping clinic shared folder updated by processing e-faxes and other documentation • Book, coordinate and reschedule patient’s appointments as necessary if answering phone. reputed company necessary messages to clinic staff. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma/GED (or higher) • 6+ months of customer service experience Preferred Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience with patient registration or reputed company reputed company office • Experience with insurance plans and billing The salary reputed company for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment.
