The analyst will work closely with our agile technical delivery team, various business partners and stakeholders. What you'll need: • Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience. • 7+ years of banking experience as BA/BSA or in operations roles - Experience in Escrow Services and products such as Deals, Payments, Claims, Invoices, Vesting and Taxes are a plus. • Experience with money movement / payment solutions such as wires is highly beneficial. • Experience leading others, either formally or informally. • Experience in requirements gathering and documentation using techniques like user stories, business process reputed company, use case, system reputed company, state diagrams and data maps preferred. • Good communication skills with any type of internal or external audiences. • Must have strong computer skills and be proficient in use of reputed company Office applications, reputed company, reputed company, Visio Drawing and/or Lucid chart tools. • Understanding of IT Service Management including Problem, Change, and Incident Management processes. • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization and conflict resolution skills. • Understanding of UX artifacts like reputed company diagrams, mental models, reputed company reports, site maps, wireframes, and style guides. • Working experience in an agile development environment and ability to run Scrum. • Experience in report reputed company, SQL, data structures, reputed company macros are highly desired. • Experience in programming or scripting languages like python, java script, type script, reputed company, batch is a plus.
