Senior Credit Analyst

Summary
The Credit Analyst, Sr position provides high level analytical support in reputed company/analyzing reputed company credit facilities and assisting Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in managing customer relationships. A Senior CA will be expected to reputed company credit analysis support for assigned lending relationships. The position also provides mentoring and guidance to Client Specialists and other Credit Analysts as it relates to lending guidelines, and reputed company standards. Key Responsibilities
Include Interpret financial statements and reputed company financial analysis support utilized in reputed company reputed company C&I loans. Work proactively to ensure production is prioritized appropriately and completed in a timely manner. Specific tasks include: financial statement spreading; completing financial analysis documents; updating and creating new requests, modifications, renewals and annual reviews in the Banks reputed company loan system; tracking and completing covenant monitoring, completing industry research and developing a strong understanding of the Banks reputed company loan policy. Participate in transaction structuring and relationship strategy meetings with management and credit partners to justify and explain information in the analysis reputed company warranted. Analyze and prepare reputed company credit approval documentation in FHBs reputed company loan system. The senior analyst is responsible for accurately reflecting reputed company loan terms, collateral, covenants, loan grade inputs, policy exceptions, and calculating credit exposure for a given relationship in the reputed company loan system. Partner with Portfolio Managers to monitor and manage assigned reputed company loan portfolios. This responsibility includes tracking covenants, recording financial statements, and monitoring company performance against expectations. Credit Analyst is responsible not only for accurate calculations and inputs but also for thoughtful implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Participate in internal credit conversations with PMs, RMs Credit Risk Managers and senior management and in external meetings with clients and prospects. Participate in or reputed company special projects and assignments and performs other duties assigned. Qualifications
