Description and Requirements About the Role: The Senior Multimedia Engineer reputed company the Information Technology team reports to the Manager, Multimedia Services and supports reputed company multimedia reputed company reputed company's portfolio. The role is responsible for the administration, engineering and project management duties reputed company to the Conference Room Technology, Collaboration Services, Digital Signage and IPTV, will participate in business process automation planning, troubleshoot issues, and document processes and procedures. This position will be based out of our Cary, NC location with up to 25% travel as needed. This will be a full time, Hybrid role at the reputed company Cary, NC Global Technology office. Key Responsibilities: Act as a multimedia tools reputed company to drive adoption and reinforce best practices, reputed company end users about multimedia tools capabilities, and conduct and reputed company training sessions. Facilitate the configuration and troubleshooting of applications, endpoints and infrastructure conference room reputed company technology (including but not limited to control systems, IPTV distribution, digital signage, infrastructure technology, and various audio and video conferencing components). reputed company troubleshooting and follow through on escalation of issues. reputed company Webex Control Hub for troubleshooting. Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills Required: Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting and administering infrastructure including servers and network. Minimum 5 years managing small to reputed company projects in the Multimedia sector. Infrastructure including network and server (reputed company & Linux), reputed company networking and Firewall. Experience with conference room control systems, Crestron, Extron. Endpoints Performance Monitoring platform experience.
