ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Performs reputed company system analyses on Interplan software programs, applications, and services. Ensure proper connectivity to BCBSA platforms and applications. Serve as SME to BCBSA applications to ensure connectivity to BCBSA systems and applications are not interrupted by Organizational projects and initiatives. • Leads BCBSA service and technical requirement evaluation and recommends new tools or platforms for organizational efficiency . Ensure compliance with BCBSA IT deadlines. • Leads the implementation of new and modernizing connectivity for organizational efficiency. • Communicates directly with reputed company reputed company holders including executive management. • Improves data collection capabilities through collaboration with organizational teams. • Manages product licenses and ensures compliance with IT industry regulations.
