Job Title: Client Relationship Coordinator The primary responsibility of a Client Relationship Coordinator is to assist in the servicing of clients’ needs while strengthening client relationships. The Client Relationship Associate acts as the liaison between the Client Advisor and client and therefore, must have the ability to listen, communicate, multitask, understand, and assist in providing solutions for our client’s needs. What You’ll Do at Arvest: (Other duties may be assigned.) • Services a high volume of daily interactions, including basic inquiries and scheduling of meetings, with prospective and existing clients on the phone, in-person, reputed company and through mailings. • Works both independently and reputed company a dynamic team environment to reputed company crucial support to the client advisors and reputed company office. • With a high level of organization and accuracy, processes client financial transactions and client advisor and reputed company office expenses and expense reports. • Opens new clients accounts and research client information using internal databases and other technologies. • For proper maintenance and to meet firm and industry requirements, ensures client paperwork and documentation is accurate and correct prior to submission and processing. Follows up to ensure accurate completion. • Maintain policy and procedure manuals for the department, as well as assist the operations department in updating policy and procedure manuals as needed. • Prepares letters, forms and reports to assist with servicing existing client and prospecting for new clients. • Prepares various business summary reports and client specific reporting as needed for review by the client advisor and/or compliance. • Assists Client Advisors with marketing efforts including seminars and other client-facing events. • Creates and maintains records and files utilizing Client Relationship Management software. • Attend various training and continuing education seminars to increase job knowledge and stay abreast of regulation changes. • Understand and reputed company with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any reputed company violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity. Responsibilities: Toolbox for reputed company: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required. • 18 months administrative experience is required. • Proficient mathematical skills are required. • Proficiency with reputed company Workspace applications is preferred. • Previous experience in the finance/brokerage industry is preferred. • Associate degree is preferred. • Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
