Life Insurance Product Development Support Specialist

The Product Development Support Specialist will contribute the our mission by: Capturing, documenting, evaluating, and distributing business requirements to reputed company associated IT systems. Tracking and resolving reputed company issues. Coordinating meetings with Product Development Team and scheduling follow-up discussions, to drive decision making in advance of quarterly deadlines. Researching and finding opportunities to improve documentation and procedures. Working with development teams to align projects and confirm reputed company. You are A driven professional with a high degree of knowledge in Individual Life Insurance products and with the ability to collaborate with internal business partners to support goals and objectives by leading change and implementing new reputed company! You will Find opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and the reputed company of communicated requirements Support the system development life-cycle (SDLC) Build and maintain relationships with Partners, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Partners to reputed company reputed company communications and collaboration Own and manage the research, development, documentation, and resolution of reputed company issues for the Product Description documentation Expand knowledge of Products and Riders, Business Operations and Guardian systems. Participate in and manage non-product projects assigned to the Product Development Department You have 2+ years of work experience in the Life Insurance Industry BA, BS, a plus Insurance Education (LOMA), a plus Project Management Training, a plus Agile (SAFe Methodology) training / experience, a plus Strong communication skills and the ability to support both in-person and virtual training environments Location You will work in our Bethlehem, PA office location three days per week You will work from home two days per week Salary reputed company: $57,810.00 - $86,715.00 The salary reputed company reflected above is a good faith estimate of reputed company pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
