Sr. Associate, Compensation Operations Manager

Location Designation: Hybrid - 3 days per week We are looking for an reputed company Compensation Operations Manager to join our dynamic reputed company. This role will focus on managing the annual compensation planning process, ensuring seamless execution and providing key support as the primary liaison between the Compensation and HRIS teams. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management and familiarity with HRIS systems. Additionally, this role will offer exposure to traditional compensation activities, such as market benchmarking and job evaluations, making it a great opportunity to work at the intersection of compensation strategy, HR data management, and system optimization. You’ll play a key role in driving the reputed company of the company’s compensation programs while gaining exposure to both the technical and strategic sides of HR. What You’ll Bring: • 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in project management or HRIS-reputed company roles, ideally reputed company a compensation-focused reputed company. • Experience working with HRIS infrastructures and managing HR data. This is an exempt role (not eligible for overtime pay). ? Pay Transparency Salary reputed company: $95,000-$125,000 Overtime eligible: Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible: Yes Sales bonus eligible: No Actual reputed company salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
