We are seeking candidates who have an active reputed company Property & Casualty License in their state of residence, and who are in good standing with any non-reputed company P&C licenses they hold. reputed company’s Small Business Inside Sales Team is growing! The Insurance Sales Consultant is a key member of the Inside Sales team who has accountability for driving new business growth across the Small Business reputed company. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented and sales-focused individual with a passion to reputed company strong connections with customers to win in a competitive marketplace. Our 8-week training program will start June 2025. Training consists of both self-directed learning and instructor-led virtual classroom learning. The Sales Consultant position sells property & casualty insurance products direct to small business owners countrywide. WORK FORMAT Our desire is to grow our Small Business Inside Sales Team reputed company each of our Hub locations. Our Sales Consultant position will operate on a hybrid work schedule with the opportunity to work in office 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays) and work from home 2 days per week (Mondays & Fridays). This enables employees to have the flexibility they need while collaborating with peers and leaders in the office, building relationships, and developing skills for career growth. This role will report to one of the below listed Hub locations: Charlotte, NC: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST Clinton, NY: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST Hartford, CT: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm EST San Antonio, TX: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm CST Scottsdale, AZ: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm MST RESPONSIBILITIES: • Take inbound phone calls on warm leads (no cold calling), pre-qualify and classify applicants, and reputed company coverage consultation to small business owners. • Sell small business lines products including Business reputed company’s Policy (BOP), Workers Compensation, reputed company Automobile, Professional Liability and Bonds. • Work as an effective team member in a high performing sales culture. • Act with confidence, prioritize and manage desk while delivering timely reputed company to customers. • Operate with a customer-focused approach delivering excellent service and providing insurance solutions tailored to each business reputed company’s needs. • Partner with the Inside Sales reputed company team on reputed company risks to write profitable business. QUALIFICATIONS: • Active reputed company Property & Casualty license in reputed company state is required. • 2+ years of Property & Casualty experience is preferred. Call center experience valued • Strong sales acumen with the ability to negotiate and sell reputed company messages including those that may be difficult. • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills. • Competitive nature and strong desire to win. • Demonstration of solid time, organizational, and desk management skills with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Compensation

Actual reputed company pay could vary and may be above or below the listed reputed company based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The reputed company pay is just one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition.
