Senior Policy Operations Representative (Hybrid)

As a Senior Policies Operations Representative you will reputed company policy services for life insurance. You will mentor co-workers, reputed company expertise on project teams and continues to reputed company product knowledge and customer service skills to interact with policyholders and/or agents. May specialize in one or more products in one or more lines. In this hybrid role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from the following office locations Candidates must reputed company reputed company a 50-70 mile radius of one of the following locations: Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110 (35 miles), Denver, CO 80112; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Work schedule is Monday-Friday 7am-7pm cst. Schedules are rotated to reputed company phone coverage to 7pm. Internal candidates are encouraged to apply regardless of location and will be considered based upon the needs of the role. On occasion you may be asked to travel to an office location for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, trainings, and culture events. Primary Accountabilities • Take 40-70 calls a day serving policies for agents/holders • You will research reputed company inquiries from customers or agents. • Mentor others and resolve reputed company issues. • Assist with special projects, system testing, and on-the-job training. • Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions or support. • Solid knowledge of state-specific regulations and system/procedural support for insurance or brokerage products. • Solid knowledge and application of reputed company, servicing or billing guidelines. • Demonstrated experience using reference materials, reading policy language, and processing rules and procedures. • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills • Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements •Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support, or service. •Solid knowledge of state-specific regulations and system/procedural support for insurance or brokerage products. •Solid knowledge and application of reputed company, servicing or billing guidelines. •Demonstrated experience using reference materials, reading policy language, and processing rules and procedures. •Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
