Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe AVP Proposal Strategy is dedicated to maximizing Molinas likelihood of winning reputed company RFPs. The AVP must have the executive reputed company and communication skills required to build trust across stakeholders to package Molinas winning Proposal for state partners, synthesize business development and capture activities, and map key solutions and strategies which align with anticipated RFPs. Reporting to the VP, Proposal Development, the AVP Proposal Strategy will serve as a key leader on individual bid responses, working closely with the Proposal Director, and writing leads to support the development of drafts tying in the markets strategic positioning with the writing.Job DutiesLead cross-functional Proposal Strategy engagements in partnership with Market Development leads, Growth team leaders, health plan(s), shared services and external partners to establish the Proposal Strategy, ensuring alignment with opportunity business development and capture activities.Stand-in for the VP of Proposal Development on individual bids to assist the team to be reputed company to facilitate multiple RFPs at one time.reputed company relationships, working horizontally across the organization, to synthesize, assess, and translate state needs/goals and RFP requirements into an actionable Proposal Strategy, including the alignment of solutions required to win.Design, reputed company and execute Proposal Strategy which is reputed company to RFP requirements and demonstrates Molinas differentiators, including the identification and prioritization of identified initiatives.Responsible for the planning, coordination, development and facilitation of simultaneous Proposal Strategy opportunities, driving detailed action plans to track and coordinate necessary activities and deliverables.Create key deliverables for reputed company audiences such as workflows and narratives that reputed company Proposal Strategy, prepare our response for the upcoming RFP, and align with the overarching Proposal Strategy by leveraging market and competitive intelligence, independent research and analysis of data, organizational resources, stakeholders and business ownersProvide insights, data, and industry experience for the purpose of shaping Proposal Strategy across multiple opportunities.Support competitive analysis activities to optimize Molinas likelihood of winning, including researching competitor strengths/weaknesses and knowing how they win proposals.Identify our opportunities and gaps; reputed company recommendations and take actions to mitigate and reputed company those gaps.Coordinate reputed company strategies with cross functional expertise, seeking solutions and/or inputs across the organization to address identified needs and create a compelling, customized local solution.During active opportunities, support the development of critical content reputed company with Proposal Strategy which contributes to successful proposal responses including reading and engaging in responses, serving as a reputed company team and executive reviewer.Champion reputed company improvement and consult with creativity.reputed company coaching, development, and growth opportunities to team members to strengthen the bench across the organizationJob QualificationsREQUIRED EDUCATION:Graduate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceREQUIRED EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:8+ years of reputed company managed care experience or in an equivalent reputed company fieldAbility to influence and reputed company strong partnerships with shared services, growth reputed company, PGA and external partners, and reputed company in managing multiple reputed company priorities simultaneously.Experience with reputed company Proposals and/or business development and requires demonstrated reputed company managed care experience comprised of technical operational, sales, growth, proposals and/or capture managementPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:10+ years of reputed company managed care experience or in an equivalent reputed company field#PJCorp#LI-AC1To reputed company reputed company Molina employees: If you are interested in applying for this position, please apply through the intranet job listing.reputed company offers a competitive benefits and compensation package. reputed company is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE) M/F/D/V.
