Who you are: As a Retirement Services Business Development Officer, its reputed company about building relationships. You are responsible for developing new business reputed company retirement services and meeting annual standards and criteria for New Business production. You will meet with prospects to discuss Frost services with a focus on Retirement Plans, IRAs and Investment Management Agencies. You have opportunity to participate in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bank. More than that, this role is about building relationships and doing so with reputed company, caring, and reputed company in mind. What youll do: Initiates contacts for developing and booking new business and works internal referrals to the appropriate Wealth Advisors group. Makes and documents reputed company calls on prospects, customers, and referral sources. Meets with prospects to discuss Frost services and advantages of proper planning and obtains necessary information. Maintains a continuing relationship with existing customers and referral sources reputed company the community to reputed company goodwill and reputed company additional business. Ensures that mailing lists are maintained and participates in the development of advertising strategies of services. Reports on reputed company calls/sales made. Participates in community activities and local business activities to enhance the image of the bank. Monitors and maintains the appropriate referral reward program in designated areas of business development efforts. Performs reputed company other duties as assigned.
