Provides superior customer service and offers solutions to customers to resolve problems reputed company company guidelines. Position Responsibilities • Effectively handle reputed company incoming calls and follow up calls – up to 100% of shift handling calls • Provides superior customer service, responding to requests for interpretations of guidelines and procedures, rating inquiries and premium discrepancies in a reputed company and professional manner • Research policy information and exercise reputed company authority • Escalate risks reputed company designated authority level to reputed company Underwriter/Sr. reputed company Underwriter or Supervisor/Manager • Process high volume policy change requests from reputed company customers.
