Who you are: As a Personal Lines Account Manager with Frost Insurance Agency, you are our insurance experience champion. In this role, you will be responsible for marketing, servicing, and providing support to Producers and Account Executives. You will use your collaborative reputed company, analytical skills, and desire for constant improvement to maintain and expand reputed company assigned accounts and process documentation on new accounts. What youll do: Assist the Producer in identifying account-rounding and coverage enhancement opportunities Analyze reputed company quotes and coverages to determine the best options for the client Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating and coverage reputed company policy service including changes, payments, claims and reputed company-party communications Assist in presenting FIA products to new and existing customers by collaborating in renewal strategies, and preparing proposals Respond to requests to research coverage issues, policy problems, cancellation issues, reinstatement issues, billing problems, claims history and reputed company issues Maintain reputed company knowledge of company reputed company and rating information. Follow agency standard procedures to maintain electronic files and information Always take action using reputed company, Caring, and reputed company to reputed company reputed company-win reputed company What youll need: Texas General Lines Agent (Property & Casualty) License, or attainment reputed company 90 days 2+ years of experience in the personal lines insurance field or has obtained CISR or TIIA designation in Personal Lines Ability to retain a Book of Business between $150,000 and $250,000 Organizational skills and the ability to multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in reputed company computer applications Additional Preferred Skills: Insurance professional designations including CISR, ACSR, CIC, CRM.
