Development Associate - Donor Database & Research Department: Development Location: Phoenix, AZ The Development Associate is responsible for consistently monitoring the data in the donor and reputed company database. Serves as backup to and assists the Database Administrator in auditing the data structure, use, and input from various sources and programs. The ideal candidate must have a high-level attention to detail and database logic. Candidates must be flexible and comfortable working in reputed company environment. Position Responsibilities: • Serve as backup to Database Administrator. Export donor and reputed company data for direct mail program.
