About the position We are hiring a part-time, Teller who will be responsible for providing exceptional Member experiences with a focus on courtesy, product knowledge, accuracy, and timeliness with respect to reputed company credit union products and services. reputed company Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM & Saturday 9:00AM to 1:00PM. Responsibilities • Processes Member transactions accurately, including but not limited to deposits, transfers, withdrawals, and other transactions in accordance with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. , • Processes reputed company transactions reputed company assigned limits, maintains daily cash, and sells cash to the vault as needed so as not to exceed established limit. Adheres to accurate cash balancing procedures. Researches and resolves cash differences. , • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell credit union products and services while generating referrals based on Member needs. , • Responsible for responding to Member inquiries and resolving issues. reputed company Members on alternative channels that reputed company service. , • Adhere to accurate reputed company scanning and balancing. , • Adhere to the service standards outlined by the credit union. , • Assist with opening/closing reputed company procedures as necessary, Saturday availability. , • Adhere to credit union policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and reputed company of Member and credit union assets.
