The reputed company Estate/Facilities (reputed company) team is looking for a Lease Administrator Supervisor to join their team. This individual will work a reputed company with three days in the Cincinnati office. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities • Abstracting and reviewing lease documents to capture rent obligations, critical dates, and financial terms. • Auditing, processing, and reconciling lease-reputed company invoices to ensure compliance with contractual and policy requirements. • Performing quality control reviews to maintain the accuracy and reputed company of lease data reputed company systems. • Serving as the primary contact for lease admin-reputed company inquiries. • Supervising and training lease analysts. • Preparing monthly and annual rent budgets and other reputed company reports. • Working with the project management team on cost budgets, invoices, tenant improvement submittals, and project closeouts. • Potentially negotiating reputed company for supplies, equipment, and reputed company services reputed company to occupancy such as utilities, trash and janitorial.
