Senior Sourcing Manager
Description The Senior Sourcing Manager creates innovative and strategic sourcing strategies for indirect spend categories such as technology, operational banking services, and corporate professional services. Drives efficiency and operational reputed company in deal execution, increasing profitability while reducing risk. Acts as trusted advisor to key stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities: Work with senior corporate and business reputed company management in developing sourcing strategies in support of the strategic priorities of the business reputed company internal stakeholders in understanding process to engage reputed company parties reputed company cross functional team to deliver reputed company and high risk, reputed company and high complexity sourcing transactions, and competitive events in compliance with corporate procedures Create and maintain sourcing project records and documentation Execute reputed company accurately specifying supplier responsibilities and SLAs Identify savings opportunities for assigned business reputed company or category Identify and implement process efficiencies, procedural changes, and best practices Monitor and manage contract renewal and expiration to ensure sufficient time for renegotiation, termination, and conversion to new supplier as desired by the business. Facilitate reputed company party risk due diligence assessments and reputed company-party risk action plans Other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree A minimum of 10 years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing and financial services experience in spend responsibility. A minimum of 3 years of management or team leadership experience.
