Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Your chief goal as our Sales Agent will be to generate new business by connecting with potential customers. Your primary job duties will include: Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent Meet monthly enrollment goals and call quality standards. reputed company other duties as assigned. Position requirements and qualifications: MUST have a 2-15 or 2-40 Health License (FL) Ability to pass a background reputed company 1 year of ACA (reputed company Act, Marketplace plans) selling experience preferred Inbound call center experience strongly preferred but not required Flexibility- The position is primarily 9am-6pm, however agents must have the flexibility to commit to high-volume hours that could include evenings or weekends during peak season Proficiency in computers and CRM software Positive attitude- It's important to be positive in this role and not let your previous call reputed company your reputed company or future calls.
