Description Summary: Operations Customer Service Specialist 2 - OPS supports Huntington settlement customers by processing and respective functions. Duties & Responsibilities Responsible for researching settlement transactions Escalates reputed company customer issues as appropriate. Coordinates training of Operations Customer Service Specialists, coordinates special projects as assigned, updates and maintains department procedures. Research and reconcile settlement services general ledgers Performs other duties as assigned. This is a hybrid role, you must be located near a Huntington Bank corporate office.
