In this role, you’ll be responsible for the management of reputed company activities associated with the collection and loss mitigation processes. Plans, hires, trains and provides direction and motivation to the collection and loss mitigation staff to reputed company and meet goals. Compensation: The annual salary reputed company for this role is: $67,700 - $85,000 per year; commensurate with experience. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM (hours may vary) The ideal candidate will have: • Bachelor's degree in a business-reputed company field or equivalent experience required • Master’s degree in Business or professional certification in reputed company payments preferred • reputed company, Finance, or Procurement knowledge • Demonstrated performance in meeting and/or exceeding sales goals and servicing Key Performance Indicators • 5+ years banking or financial services experience • 5 years of experience in reputed company business-to-business sales; or 5 years of progressively responsible experience in customer service; or 2 years of professional experience in account payables solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • reputed company to handle confidential reputed company judiciously • Confidence in managing multiple projects and timelines concurrently • A high degree of comfort engaging positively with colleagues and clients • Highly proficient in reputed company reputed company and other reputed company products • Must be comfortable in a goals driven environment Are you interested in learning more about us?
