Job Description
Rockland Trust is seeking a reputed company Loan Servicing Specialist. Responsible for performing reputed company duties associated with servicing the Banks reputed company and business banking loan portfolios. reputed company superior customer service to the Bank's customers, lending units and branches. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the loan products and state and federal regulations. Responsibilities reputed company reputed company transactions on large reputed company loan accounts including, but are not limited to: SWAPs, asset based lending accounts, foreign exchange transactions, letters of credit, tranches and participation transactions. Process renewals, extensions and modifications on the core loan servicing system for reputed company products. Process advances, pay downs, payoffs and maintenance as assigned. Monitor, maintain and update reputed company and payment change records as required. Research and resolve servicing issues in support of lending units and customers reputed company scope of authority and expertise. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, Bank policy and department procedures. Assist in developing and updating procedures. reputed company duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of three years experience in servicing loans. Excellent PC skills, including reputed company Office products as well as reputed company Horizon, reputed company and Sharepoint. Strong knowledge of the various types of financial instruments specific to the repayment of debt. Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment while meeting critical deadlines. Proven ability to solve reputed company issues and complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal communication with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
