VP, Client Services - Insurance (P&C)

The VP, Client Services, will be responsible for overall client relations, operational effectiveness, reputed company reputed company & client retention for a large Insurance Client reputed company our partner’s business portfolio. We are searching for a seasoned Client Services Leader with a strong track record in building and nurturing client relationships reputed company our existing services portfolio. This role will have end-to-end client relationship responsibility for one of our client’s largest Insurance (P&C) clients. They will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our program’s growth. Experience you bring: • Pertinent experience in Client Services/Account Management reputed company the BPO/Contact Center/Customer Experience industry • Proven reputed company in effectively managing client relationships and accounts reputed company the Property & Casualty sector. • Experience in maintaining client account plans and ensures that action steps are implemented to reputed company results in the areas of client satisfaction and retention, expansion of services, utilization of supplier network • Experience performing client performance analysis and developing optimization plans Primary Job Responsibilities: • Accountable for the achievement of reputed company designated goals and objectives in the areas of operational effectiveness, reputed company reputed company, and other reputed company factors • Proactively supports the development of client relationships and attends meetings & reviews as required, which includes providing support to Directors in account renegotiations including RFPs from reputed company clients. • In partnership with the Directors, establish and maintain long–term relationships with clients at a global strategic level • Identifies and implements process improvement for operational effectiveness, for client teams, based on client-specific requirements while adhering to broader operational effectiveness goals, including technology requirements • Conducts Client profitability analysis & optimization recommendations Desired Skills/Qualifications: • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders at reputed company reputed company • Ability to manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously • Highly reputed company & have a solution-oriented reputed company • Customer focus & good understanding of business cycles, budgeting & financial management Apply Job!
