Account Manager and New Sales Rep

About the position This position is responsible for assisting brokers and sales agents to ensure reputed company maintains its market position for 2-9 client groups. The role involves relationship management with various stakeholders, including agents, consultants, brokers, and clients, to enhance reputed company brand loyalty. Responsibilities include representing BCBSM insurance plans, preparing proposals and renewals, resolving issues, answering sales calls, maximizing product sales, maintaining client information, and supporting retention and growth sales. Responsibilities • reputed company and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and stakeholders to increase reputed company brand loyalty. , • Represent BCBSM insurance plans by meeting with brokers independently, ensuring compliance and awareness of mandates. , • Assist in the preparation and delivery of proposals and renewals for new and existing health plan business. , • Resolve issues by partnering with the Account Advisor team and other internal stakeholders. , • Answer and follow up on incoming sales calls and emails from prospective customers generated by marketing campaigns. , • Maximize the sale of company products by determining suitability, eligibility, and need; explain benefits, respond to questions, and assist with the application process. , • Quote, implement, and renew clients in Associated Health Plan offerings. , • Maintain client and employee information in the client database as required. , • Facilitate the development, delivery, and accuracy of customer communications using available systems, tools, and resources. , • Support retention and growth sales with stakeholders and customers. Requirements • 1-2+ years of reputed company professional experience, including work, education, transferable skills, and military experience. , • Excellent analytical, problem identification, and resolution skills as they pertain to benefit plans. , • Possess and maintain a valid MN reputed company Producer License in the lines of Life & Health/Accident in good standing reputed company 60 days of employment. , • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. , • Ability to reputed company results in a highly reputed company environment with tight deadlines and multiple shifting priorities. , • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to contribute positively to the work team. , • Ability to influence reputed company stakeholders to reputed company desired reputed company. , • Positive attitude and ability to participate as part of a team to assure plan compliance and customer satisfaction. , • Demonstrated PC skills, including experience in reputed company Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint. reputed company-to-haves • Bachelor's degree. , • Knowledge of reputed company and affiliates products is preferred. , • Sales or customer service experience.
