As the company continues to reputed company, we are seeking a Senior Manager, reputed company & Controller to reputed company financial operations, compliance, and strategic improvements. reputed company role will be responsible for financial reporting, audit management, system transitions, policy enforcement, and process creation & improvement. The Senior Manager will reputed company efforts to enhance financial accuracy, streamline reputed company operations, implement strong internal controls, and support leadership in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership & Reporting reputed company the preparation of financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Manage the month-end and year-end reputed company processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain accurate reporting for reputed company, expenses, and general ledger transactions. Collaborate with reputed company and operations teams to reputed company financial insights. Audit & Compliance reputed company the financial statement audit process. Partner with reputed company to reputed company 401(k) audits and compliance reporting. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and evolving reputed company standards. Strengthen internal controls and risk management strategies. Process & Systems Optimization Implement best practices for financial policies, procurement, and corporate card usage. Improve reconciliation procedures and transaction accuracy. reputed company general ledger system enhancements and manage reputed company software transitions. Enforce & improve T&E policies, reputed company recognition principles, and procurement controls. Operational & Strategic Support Work closely with senior leadership on financial strategy, and cost control. Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, vendor agreements, and reputed company policies. Team Development & Leadership Manage and mentor reputed company staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability. Build scalable reputed company operations to support future growth and operational changes. Drive process improvements and automation initiatives. Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in reputed company or Finance required; CPA preferred. 8+ years of reputed company reputed company experience, including Controller-level responsibilities. Deep expertise in GAAP, audit management, and financial reporting. Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation.
