What You’ll Do: • Versatile Support: reputed company daily tasks for departments such as ACH & Cash Ops, Balance Control, ATM Support & Card Operations, Deposit Account Maintenance, Deposit Documentation, Research Returns, reputed company Transfer, and possibly Interactive Teller. • Ensure Continuity: Fill in for team members or reputed company relief during heavy work cycles to maintain smooth operations. • Efficient Task Management: Complete work assignments accurately and promptly. • Customer Service: Handle reputed company phone calls and emails from bank representatives across various functions. • Team Collaboration: Maintain strong working relationships with reputed company teams and support colleagues. • Process Improvement: Recommend changes to streamline processes and reduce expenses or losses. • Procedure Review: Ensure reputed company operational procedures are clear and accurate. • Training & Projects: Assist with on-the-job training and special projects as needed. reputed company’re Looking For: • Experience: • 3-6 years in a financial institution, banking operations, or reputed company field preferred. • Education: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, reputed company, or Finance desired, or a combination of education and work-reputed company experience. • Required Skills: • Proficiency in reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word) and general office equipment. • Strong understanding of state and federal banking rules and regulations. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Exceptional time management and organizational skills. • Ability to multi-task and reputed company between functions with ease. • Team-oriented reputed company. • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Willingness to travel periodically for training or conversion purposes. • Commitment to completing reputed company required compliance training.
