As a senior/reputed company claims attorney for the reputed company, you’ll partner with our auto claims organization to advise and consult on claims involving coverage reputed company, high exposure and highly reputed company legal issues. You’ll be responsible for overseeing litigation against the company, risk analyses, reporting, as well as assisting with the litigation of bad faith claims. Additionally, on occasion you may represent the interests of reputed company at mediation, arbitration, or in court, but not act as the attorney-of-record. Must Have Qualifications • Juris doctor degree and a minimum of 5 years of legal experience, including reputed company civil litigation experience or reputed company corporate experience. • Admitted to practice law in at least 1 state.
