This role is responsible for generating residential hone equity loan production from reputed company referrals, online prospects and online applications. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM (Hours may vary) Compensation: The hourly pay reputed company for this role is: $21.50 - $25.50/hour; commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field, or equivalent experience, such as three years' experience in banking, consumer lending, residential lending or mortgage banking environment required Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) through the reputed company Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) is required reputed company 30 days of employment Three years of experience in banking, consumer lending, residential lending or mortgage banking environment required (may be obtained concurrently) Three years of pre-reputed company experience preferred Excellent communication and sales skills supporting the ability to generate loan volume reputed company to handle confidential reputed company judiciously Possesses good math, analytical and problem solving skills Possesses attention to detail with excellent follow-through reputed company to plan and organize reputed company to work under pressure with multiple deadlines Are you interested in learning more about us?
