First Notice of Loss Representative (Customer Service)

NJM Insurance Group currently has an opening in our Contact Center for a First Notice of Loss Associate where you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us by responding to their inbound calls. Formal in-house training is provided. This is a hybrid position which requires time in the office as well as at home. Schedule: Monday to Friday (10:45am-7pm) and 1 Saturday a month (8:30am-4:30p) Salary begins at $43,886 with the potential to earn more with experience (Salary is commensurate with experience and credentials). Responsibilities • Will serve as first contact for our customers who are reporting claims.
