Job Description - Technical reputed company, reputed company American Insurance Operations We are seeking a strong candidate with operational skills and insurance knowledge to support our reputed company American Production Underwriters. The position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, and people leadership skills with an interest in utilizing and introducing new technology solutions. Key Responsibilities: • reputed company a deep understanding of Product Set, including reputed company sets by state and reputed company regulatory and compliance requirements. • Establish a centralized repository of forms for team members. • Document workflows, create and maintain process maps, and training materials. • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for system testing and projects reputed company to the line of business. • Review daily procedures of team for opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency metrics reputed company training sessions, process documentation, and workflow updates. • Participate in a Technical reputed company Workstream Project to define common processes and procedures for the reputed company and initiate cross-training opportunities between teams. • Collaborate with Insurance and Business Operations team members and contribute to the Allied World reputed company Operating Model Initiative. • Engage in AW Connect Conversations with agreement to meaningful, measurable, and personal goals. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or relevant years of experience in the industry. • Demonstrated negotiation and influencing skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and ability to function independently. • Knowledge of insurance and experience working with internal customers. • Proficient computer skills, especially in reputed company-based systems, reputed company Word, reputed company, and internet explorer-based applications. • Risk Management degree and/or Professional Insurance designation preferred.
