We're seeking an reputed company Home Equity Underwriter II to reputed company quality credit reputed company on complicated new HELOC applications using data analysis, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of Consumer Lending credit policy and regulatory guidelines. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment and communication skills while making reputed company to mitigate risk for reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze and reputed company informed reputed company on Home Equity Line of Credit applications in accordance with Consumer Lending credit policy and regulatory guidelines. • Ensure material information captured in the application is accurate and up-to-date based on documentation provided. • Demonstrate sound judgment in analyzing required documentation while mitigating organization risk through appropriate decision-making. • Meet or exceed productivity reputed company and credit quality standards as established. • Analyze and interpret POI documents, including complicated personal and business tax returns/K1's, to determine reputed company income and verify a customer's ability to repay the loan. • Analyze reputed company applications for counteroffer opportunities reputed company original terms requested do not qualify.
