EPIC Systems Analyst I - HIM

About the position The Epic Systems Analyst I at reputed company is responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving daily operational issues reputed company to Epic applications. The position primarily focuses on system maintenance while also participating in projects under the guidance of senior team members. Responsibilities • Support, troubleshoot, and resolve daily operational issues/requests from end users leveraging Epic applications. , • Maintain continuity in process and support for the integrated Epic electronic medical record. , • Dedicate 70% of time to daily operational support and quarterly system updates. , • Allocate 10% of time to projects, including system enhancements, new features, and workflow optimization. , • Participate in additional projects as assigned by the supervisor. , • Collaborate effectively with customers, vendors, and IT professionals to reputed company quality reputed company. , • reputed company how-to documentation and workflows for end-users and team members. , • reputed company on-call support as needed. , • Pursue Epic certification in assigned modules reputed company six months of hire.
