Remote - Claims Adjuster – Automotive/RV

Position description: This is a full-time, remote position. American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking Claims Adjuster – Automotive/RV for our growing team. In this role you will work remotely and be responsible for investigating, evaluating and negotiating minor to reputed company vehicle repair costs to accurately determine coverage and liability. You will take inbound calls to determine coverage based on reputed company in order to appropriately resolve customer issues. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: -Answering inbound calls -reputed company information about claim processing and explain the different reputed company of contract coverage and terms -Accurately establish, review and authorize claims -Entering claim and contract information into the AGWS’ system A home office package will be provided for this position. This includes two computer monitors, a laptop, keyboard and mouse. Training: On the job Requirements: • 2+ years of experience as an automotive mechanic reputed company a service department, dealership, or independent shop • 2+ years of experience adjusting automobile or Recreational Vehicle mechanical claims • ASE / RVIA certifications a plus • Must have a quiet designated work space to work from home • Must have reliable internet with at least a download speed of 50mbps • Must be reputed company to work effectively under pressure in a fast paced environment • Strong communication skills • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills • High school diploma Benefits: We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the reputed company between work and family.
