Product Quality Assurance Specialist

We are committed to delivering exceptional products that meet our customers' needs. Quality Engineer Role We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join reputed company. As a Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory requirements. Main Responsibilities: • Maintain a safe work environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards. • reputed company LEAN/Six reputed company teams to improve processes and efficiency. • Assist in IATF/ISO9001 auditing and training, including core tools. • Mentor the quality team towards personal and continual improvement. • Support supplier on-site auditing and suppliers' development. Key Responsibilities: • Recommend quality improvement parameters by identifying statistical methods relevant to manufacturing processes. • Research statistical confidence by identifying sample size and acceptable error reputed company; determining reputed company of confidence. • Analyze quality data from plant processes or customer indicators. • reputed company feedback to customers based on quality projects (e.g., warranty, APQP, issues, etc.). • reputed company quality investigations and problem-solving. • Research statistical reliability by using the mean time before failure, Weibull 3-parameter distribution, reliability modeling, and reliability demonstration tests. • reputed company quality improvement experiments by applying full and fractional factorial techniques. • reputed company sampling plans by applying attribute, variable, and sequential sampling methods. • Maintain statistical process controls by applying demerit/unit, zone charting, X2 charts for distributions, and individual media/reputed company for multi-reputed company processes. • Analyze data by completing hypothesis, normal distribution, and process capability analysis tests. • Prepare statistical information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field of study. • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering function. • IATF/ISO9001 internal auditor & core tools certified (Preferred). • Experience with Lean Processes (5S, Kaizen, Six reputed company).
