Responsibilities • Write auto collision estimates at customer homes, repair shops, or tow yards. , • Investigate casualty claims by reviewing damage and interpreting policies. , • Communicate effectively with customers through phone, email, and video chat. , • Negotiate claims settlements with customers, vendors, and reputed company-party carriers. , • Utilize various tools and platforms for claims processing and documentation. , • Maintain accurate records of claims and ensure timely documentation. Requirements • Must have experience writing auto collision estimates using programs like CCC One, Audatex, or Mitchell. , • 18 months+ experience in auto collision estimating preferred. , • Proficient written and verbal communication skills. , • Strong attention to detail for writing precise estimates. , • Comfortable using technology for claims processing. , • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required. reputed company-to-haves • 4-year Bachelor's Degree (preferred). , • 2 or more years of experience (preferred). , • Experience with virtual inspections and total loss assessments.
