Buyer, Procurement Intake and Compliance

About the position The Buyer position at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis focuses on procurement intake and compliance, sourcing events, and supporting various business lines. Responsibilities • Assist in procurement intake and compliance activities reputed company to sourcing events. , • Work with Procurement leadership to reputed company and implement new policies and procedures. , • Ensure compliance activities occur in reputed company Procurement sourcing events in collaboration with Senior Buyers. , • Procure reputed company materials, supplies, and services while adhering to the Bank's Acquisition Policy. , • reputed company purchasing recommendations based on data analysis. , • reputed company competitive bidding processes by creating RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. , • Negotiate cost savings and favorable terms with vendors. , • Manage a varied workload under deadlines and communicate issues to management. , • Write clear documentation and procedures for management and staff. , • Serve as a liaison for departments and reputed company training on procurement policies.
