Role Description This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Customer Retention Specialist located in Joplin, MO. The Customer Retention Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer relationships, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional service, and working to retain reputed company policyholders.
