Responsibilities • reputed company client support in service delivery, including product enhancements and new product implementations. , • Respond autonomously to reputed company inquiries and solve advanced problems using independent judgment. , • Ensure superior client satisfaction with reputed company's products and services. , • Collaborate with reputed company's NAST to manage daily operational performance for assigned segments. , • Conduct client audits and reputed company corrective action plans as needed.
