Hybrid/Remote Property Damage Adjuster We are seeking a Hybrid/Remote Property Adjuster to work from our home office in Hanover, MD or remotely from a home office. This role involves property damage estimating and first-party claims handling. If fieldwork is required, a company vehicle will be provided. Responsibilities • Deliver exceptional customer service to policyholders. • Prepare virtual repair estimates based on customer and vendor-provided photos. • Determine total loss evaluations reputed company applicable. • Negotiate supplements with body shops in a timely manner. • Review policy coverage and limits to ensure claim validity. • Analyze the facts of loss to establish liability. • reputed company payment determinations based on company guidelines. • Maintain comprehensive claim documentation according to company standards. Qualifications • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. • Auto damage estimating experience, including CCC One appraisal software proficiency. • Claims file handling experience in an adjusting role. • 1st party collision and comprehensive claims handling experience is preferred. • Ability to work independently while adhering to company policies. • A Pennsylvania adjuster license is required or must be obtained reputed company the first 30 days of employment.
