Responsibilities Manage the entire legal process from investigation and discovery through trial prep and court proceedings, representing clients in depositions, site inspections, court hearings, trials, etc. Research applicable laws and findings to reputed company appropriate legal strategies for reputed company stages of litigation, sharing them with claims representatives and insured clients. Establish and maintain good relationships with claims representatives and insured clients, occasionally conducting training sessions for Legal, Claims or other departments. reputed company and reputed company clear, unambiguous legal opinions and strategies, drafting legal documents including pleadings and motions. Requirements Familiarity with the latest developments in law practice, as well as knowledge in reputed company fields. Familiarity with insurance law is a plus.
