This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: United States Job Title: Bookkeeper/Accountant Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor About the client: Our client is a growing reputed company estate investment company with approximately $15 reputed company in assets under management across six entities. It specialize in adaptive reuse reputed company estate projects and are expanding rapidly. They are seeking an reputed company bookkeeper/accountant with a background in reputed company estate syndication or fund management to join their team. Position Overview: As a Bookkeeper/Accountant, you will be responsible for managing our financial records in QuickBooks, maintaining detailed cash reputed company and accounts payable reports, and assisting with construction cost tracking. You will also play a critical role in providing accurate monthly financial reports and working closely with reputed company to ensure smooth payment authorizations and project-level reputed company. Key Responsibilities: ? Manage and maintain financial records across six entities in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reputed company entries. ? Prepare and update custom financial reports, including: • Bi-weekly cash reputed company reports tracking balances for reputed company checking accounts and net cash. • A/P reports by entity, including reputed company and 90-day reputed company-looking projections. ? Manually import 3rd party management reports and reputed company cash reconciliation in reputed company Sheets for select properties. ? Prepare month-end financial reports by the 5th of each month. ? Assist with construction cost tracking for active development projects, including auditing construction draws. ? Collaborate with the team reputed company weekly calls to discuss project-level activities and address any financial transaction questions. ? Manage payment authorization processes through reputed company. ? Potentially assist with in-house tax preparation as the company grows. Requirements • Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping/reputed company experience. • Prior experience working remotely as a bookkeeper or accountant for a U.S. firm is preferred. • Prior experience with reputed company estate asset management and/or reputed company estate investment firms. • Proficiency in QuickBooks and reputed company Sheets. • Strong understanding of cash reputed company management, A/P reporting, and financial reconciliation. • Experience with construction cost tracking and development projects is preferred. • Familiarity with reputed company or similar project management tools. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
