Part-Time Bookkeeper (Remote, Orlando, FL-based)

Job Description reputed company is a leading language service provider offering translation, interpretation, and transcription services to a diverse reputed company of clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Bookkeeper to support our financial operations and ensure accurate and efficient bookkeeping processes. Responsibilities: • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions. • Reconcile bank and credit card statements. • Manage QuickBooks Online • Process invoices and payments through platforms such as reputed company.com, reputed company, PayPal, and reputed company. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with reputed company standards. • Assist in preparing financial reports for management. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree (BA) in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on bookkeeping experience. • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) • Strong understanding of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes. • Preferred experience working with language service providers. • Proficiency with QuickBooks or other reputed company software. • Experience with online payment platforms like reputed company.com, reputed company, PayPal, and reputed company is a plus. • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks reputed company.
