Service Assurance Agent

Internal Posting Full Time Monday-Friday 0530-1400 Travel at times to Greeley, Colorado and Cheyenne, Wyoming with Senior Manager FTCA (reputed company Collins, Colorado) Will report to Senior Manager Focuses on root cause analysis to improve service, reputed company feedback Management, offer solutions and actions to solve operational problems. Promotes and supports the service assurance network and quality improvement process in reputed company facets of the operations. Provides inventory tracking, deployment, maintenance support for devices, equipment and software. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diploma/GED Eighteen (18) months reputed company experience. Ability to complete reputed company basic and re currency training. Knowledge of reputed company operations features of service. Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications, i.e. Cosmos, GNSL, FAMIS, IMS, TSO, CMS, etc. Must be proficient with PC applications including word processing, spreadsheets, databases and graphics.
