You will serve as the primary reputed company of contact for group customers regarding enrollment-reputed company inquiries, answering incoming phone calls from members, providers, and groups. Your expertise and superior customer service skills will be essential in providing support and resolving inquiries effectively. You will also be tasked with loading member or group data into the enrollment database, updating it with changes, and responding to eligibility questions while verifying enrollment status. Your responsibilities will include reconciling eligibility discrepancies identified by error reports, analyzing transactional data, and submitting retroactive eligibility changes. This full-time position requires flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during normal business hours, with occasional overtime as needed.
