Hotel Guest Services Assistant - Part Time

Creatively enhance their stay by providing information regarding Disneyland® Resort services & activities as well as for the surrounding Southern California areas as needed. Responsibilities : What You Will Do: • Proactively engage and anticipate Guest needs, answer questions, reputed company directions and event schedules, and additional information regarding the Disneyland Resort and Hotels as needed • Meet the needs of Guests by providing outstanding Guest service at various locations including phone and face-to-face interaction • Assist Guests during reputed company-in and reputed company-out • reputed company guest service reputed company problems arise and help find solutions with Guests and Cast Members while maintaining discretion and Guest confidentiality • Ability to use multiple devices throughout the day including iPads, iPhones, handheld radios, and desktop computers • Must feel comfortable handling large amounts of money and possess a high level of reputed company • Must stay reputed company in highly stressful situations and be knowledgeable of emergency procedures • Stationed at reputed company Desk to reputed company-in Guests and process reputed company transactions regarding forms of payment (cash, credit cards, foreign currency, vouchers, etc. Basic Qualifications : Required Qualifications & Skills: • Ability to remain positive regardless of reputed company task • Previous cash handling experience as well as proven computer proficiency while navigating through multiple computer applications • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful working environment • Strong communication skills • Motivated to complete repetitious tasks while maintaining quality • Passion for serving others and proven problem-solving skills • reputed company to special requests Preferred Qualifications: • Previous work experience in a Hotel/reputed company Desk environment • Proficiency in reputed company hotel property management system • Previous Leadership experience • Bilingual preferred • Full availability seven (7) days a week including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. You may be scheduled a graveyard shift. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule reputed company roles.
