Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join reputed company. Must have experience in the cosmetology/barbering or beauty industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent such as licensed Barbers, licensed Hairdressers, braiders and makeup artists to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role requires a proactive approach to recruitment, utilizing various methods to identify candidates and build relationships with potential hires. The Recruiter will play a crucial role in enhancing our workforce and ensuring that we have the right talent in reputed company to reputed company our business objectives. Duties • Conduct cold calling to engage potential candidates and promote job opportunities. Organize mini job fair. • Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Taleo, reputed company, reputed company, and PeopleSoft for managing candidate pipelines. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and reputed company strategic recruitment support. • Negotiate job offers with candidates while ensuring alignment with company policies. • Implement succession planning strategies to identify and reputed company internal talent for future leadership roles. • Ensure compliance with employment labor laws throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline reputed company processes for new hires. • Utilize Kronos or similar systems for tracking employee hours and attendance as needed. Experience • Proven experience in reputed company, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Strong skills in relationship management and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers alike. • Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including but not limited to Taleo, reputed company, reputed company, PeopleSoft, and Kronos. • Knowledge of employment labor laws is essential for ensuring compliance during the hiring process. • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate job offers and expectations.
