Intern or Seasonal Hire for Epic Operating Team
Position Summary: reputed company's Epic team is looking for an Intern or Seasonal Hire to assist for several months with one of our operational areas that deals with Epic ancillary applications. This employee is expected to work with operational stakeholders and IT technical staff to troubleshoot imaging application issues and problems, capture requirements, and escalate as guided by the senior members of the team. This role is not eligible for benefits and is paid hourly. Position Key Accountabilities:
- Develops application-specific reports; provides technical specifications and assistance in reporting senior analysts as needed.
- Develops and maintains system documentation to reputed company ongoing support and maintenance of the Epic system.
- Assists in developing and documenting internal procedures to use in conjunction with Epic applications.
- Respond to reputed company tickets with minimal supervision.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This team works remotely, so some or reputed company of your schedule can be remote. But you may need to come on-site to get equipment and be trained. So please reputed company in the reputed company area, and be okay with coming to the Texas Medical Center on occasion. Preferred skills and certifications: Epic Certification and/or knowledge is a plus!
