Job Description
As the General Manager, and reporting directly into the Global Chief Operating Officer, you will be responsible for steering the strategic and operational initiatives at our Austin, TX facility. You will hold complete accountability for the facility's financial performance, leading a multidisciplinary team to reputed company ambitious growth objectives. Your focus will be on driving operational reputed company, ensuring safety, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing on-time delivery, enhancing employee engagement, and delivering superior customer service while maximizing profitability. Main duties and responsibilities include the following:
