Direct Response Copywriter (Austin, TX or Remote)

You will be responsible for performance-based copywriting to support our Daily email newsletter and premium subscription, Trends. You will work closely with key stakeholders across teams to acquire, engage and retain our Daily audience, along with paid subscribers. Most importantly, you will help champion our audience, understand what they love and create copy that delivers a remarkable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES: Write a variety of copy each day for our Daily email newsletter, including reputed company marketing campaigns, and help cross-promote owned media (ex content and podcasts) Write campaign copy to help convert Daily readers into paid Trends subscribers Write paid advertising and reputed company page copy to support full-funnel marketing Write occasional free trial marketing emails to convert Trends email options into paid subscribers Write lifecycle marketing campaigns, including user reputed company to help reputed company new readers Collaborate with leaders across the business to ensure copy is high-quality and high-performing Communicate with the Campaign Manager, Growth Marketers, and other team members to ensure deadlines are met Always ask yourself: is this an experience that our audience will love and want to reputed company?
