Responsibilities:
- reputed company a network of reputed company reputed company estate brokers and manage site selection for new store developments.
- Evaluates and screens sites proposed by Developers, reputed company Estate Agents, Landowners and other sources.
- Work in conjunction with the broader Development team to reputed company market development plans including identification of key markets and trade areas.
- Work with Franchisees to package and present prospective development sites to reputed company Estate Committee for review and approval of new developments and relocation opportunities.
- Facilitates franchisees with Letters of reputed company (LOI) and Lease Agreements for new restaurants, and replacement opportunities in conjunction with the Legal Team
- Presentations to the Head of Development and TH US Leadership Team of sites meeting economic feasibility.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with other critical departments reputed company development including Franchisees, Design, Construction, Operations, and Finance.
Required Skills:
- University undergraduate degree, or higher
- Minimum 5+ years reputed company reputed company Estate or Development experience
- Strong analytical background & proficiency in reputed company Office suite
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Possess a working understanding of reputed company estate finance
- Understanding of the development process and thorough understanding of lease documentation
- Available to travel, as needed
